Volunteers

The Arts & Drafts Festival is A LOT of fun, but we cannot produce this event without volunteers! The Baltimore County Arts Guild is a nonprofit organization with limited resources, and we need volunteers to make the Arts & Drafts Festival happen!

Volunteer positions include helping set up and taking down artist and sponsor booths, greeting and guiding artists, sponsors, and festival goers, managing communications and operations, and so much more! There’s only one catch – all volunteers must be 21 or older.

Volunteering Comes With Perks:

  • First look at the amazing artists and their art on display
  • A Festival t-shirt
  • Free snacks and water

Time commitments are four-hour shifts with flexibility to sign up for one or two days and multiple shifts while still having time to relax and enjoy the Festival highlights.

Make new friends with other cool volunteers while supporting the Festival’s mission to showcase and support the arts!

Rules to Keep Everyone Safe:

  1. We want you to have a good time; however, while you are working you represent the Festival. No drinking on duty, and please do not show up for your shift intoxicated.
  2. You must check in at the BCAG booth at least 10 minutes before your assigned shift. Do not show up late for your shift.
  3. Wear your Festival t-shirt during all volunteer shifts.
